ISU University

ISU Universidad was founded in 2004 by a group of Mexican entrepreneurs under the name of the Swiss Institute of Gastronomy and Hospitality, starting classes with two bachelor’s degrees on August 2, 2004: Gastronomy and Hotel and Restaurant Management. In 2017, due to the increase in its educational offer to 36 academic programs, it changed its name to ISU Universidad, as it is currently known.

In 2016, ISU High school obtained the third place at the state level in the PLANEA test thanks to its academic quality.

Licenciatura en Nutrición y Tecnología de Alimentos
Currently, ISU University is a benchmark in the training of professionals in various areas of knowledge such as: Economic-Administrative Sciences, Social Sciences and Humanities, and Health Sciences.
Licenciatura en Gastronomía
The Bachelor of Gastronomy is recognized as one of the best educational programs in the State of Puebla and at the national level, thanks to the excellence of its graduates.

In addition, the different Masters and Continuing Education programs have been designed by professionals who have already had a real approach in the working field and are constantly specializing in specific areas of the knowledge and for those gastronomic lovers who have their first contact with haute cuisine.
